Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I enrol staff onto Functional Skills Maths and English classes. I set up assessments for new recruits and i deal with work experience students.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

At first i found it a bit daunting as i hadn't studied in years but my assessor put me at ease and was so helpful and talked me through everything. i then started to enjoy it more.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've developed my customer service skills significantly and my overall confidence is bette.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was 100% structured and i knew where i was all the way along.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer's were great, they helped me with any questions and let me work from home to study.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Total support. I could email anytime and get instant feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helped me understand the customer service role and how companies work and gave me more confidence with customers.

There is a social club that has a gym, swimming pool and running club. Social events are available at the social club.
