Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I enrol staff onto Functional Skills Maths and English classes. I set up assessments for new recruits and i deal with work experience students.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

At first i found it a bit daunting as i hadn't studied in years but my assessor put me at ease and was so helpful and talked me through everything. i then started to enjoy it more.

I've developed my customer service skills significantly and my overall confidence is bette.

It was 100% structured and i knew where i was all the way along.

There is a social club that has a gym, swimming pool and running club. Social events are available at the social club.

Why?
It has a community sense about it and everyone is so friendly. Lots of staff perks and a great pension scheme.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS Cambridge University Hospitals?
The application process takes a while but persevere as if you don't succeed in one interview, your application is saved so you can easily re-use it.
