Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I call and raise jobs for tenants, I will send upgrades off to managers, deal with requests we recieve in our team inbox, deal with any follow on work we recieve from Out of Hours emergencies, plan work for Gas technicians and Deal with a variety of enquiries that we recieve that are Gas related.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme from both an in office and college standpoint as they both give me the best possible oppurtunities and training to help me develop in the role im in.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

With this being my first full time Job I have learnt alot of skills working alongside a variety of people in different roles, some of the main new skills I have developed is being able to adapt in different scenarios and being able to make decisions confidently without questioning myself.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is organised/structured very well theres a clear communication between both the employer and trainer that ensures we get all the correct tools to succeed and pass the course, no complaints.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve Alot of support from my employer when required if I need to do any shadowing it will be booked and completed with efficiency which ensures the best outcome of my course, If I need to ask any questions regarding my work theres always someone in the office I can ask.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support I receive from the training provider is also very good we do monthly reviews of where I am up to with my work, where I can make improvements and what I need to resubmit, My trainer also gives us preview of whats to come and keeps us in the loop.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think the qualification definely helps me perform better in my role as alot of the work we do translates over what I do in the office, like communication with tenants and colleagues.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Im not entirely sure, I do know there is events in which we talk about the organisation but I havent personally participated in yet.
