To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the programme I'm on as I'm receiving alot of support and being partnered with experience plumbers in my workplace

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned a few skills like time management working on my communication when talking with customers and letting them know what will be done in their homes.ive been able to install and fix sanitary appliances

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very structured from day 1 as I've been told about how the programme will be who I will be shadowing in the process and how I will be getting experience on site work and with contractors

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive alot of support from my employers as Im easily able to call them or email if I'm unsure of anything letting me know that I have their full support if in doubt they also have many benefits for the apprentices

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider Trafford college provide me with alot of support with working towards my qualifications showcasing alot of revision and detailed lessons of what to expect in the end point of assessment and all the criteria that is needed to be met to pass the course

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think this aligns very well with performance as when my training provider provides with alot of experience and knowledge to ensure that I get my qualifications this will translate well In work as I will be able to use the skills that I have learned at my workplace

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Guess a trade is a extra curricals that I have done this is when I spent a day at a primary school and had the students try guess what job I do whilst giving them slight clues but making sure that I don't give it away this was good as I was able to explain my job role and have them ask questions

Yes I would recommend Wythenshawe housing group to a friend as there a many benefits for apprentices £500 towards driving lessons and many more £20 of gym per month etc
