Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I run reports for large groups of people, I reconcile numbers across different systems, I help people across the company with any queries they have, and lots of ad hoc work. I spend the majority of my time in excel.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
My program is enjoyable as I am able to work with a large range of people, and develop relationships. My day-to-day job is enjoyable, and my course is challenging but very interesting - which is a good way to ensure that you're always learning.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
At Premier I am constantly developing my skills, I regularly have the opportunity to develop my communication skills with people outside of my team, and there are even external events which can be attended to develop key skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My program is well structured and people in my team are always happy to help, should I need it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My colleagues in my team are always helpful, and challenge me when appropriate - which I always enjoy. They are all knowledgeable and intelligent, and I always value their support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
The training provider has been supportive in order to get me to my end goal. The resources are good.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I think that what I learn off-the-job gives me more knowledge and context for my job role, helping me greater understand the impact of actions I take.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
People at Premier Foods are extremely social and there lots of things to get involved in, including sports, dining out, drinks after work and conferences.
