I'm enjoying the opportunity to gain a qualification and further my understanding of a job role that I hope to be able to perform long-term.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship appears to be well structured, with a supportive tutor and the necessary guidance in order to undertake the assignments and projects required to succeed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am given the time needed to complete my off the job training, as necessary, as well as provided with links and information to additional learning. I have also been given the opportunity to shadow more experienced staff members, in order to cement my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My course tutor is very helpful and knowledgeable, they have been of a great support to me so far.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that the understanding of certain theories and the chance to reflect on how I do my job will, ultimately, lead to an improvement in my performance in the workplace.
