Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
As an Internal Sales Advisor in the Enterprise Learning and Skills Division at Pearson, my role is crucial in supporting Private Training Providers in the south of the UK delivering work-based learning programs such as Functional Skills, BTECs, Apprenticeships, and EPA. On a day-to-day basis, I manage a caseload of existing centres, ensuring they are satisfied with Pearson's offerings and providing them with guidance on qualifications and best practices. I also pursue new business opportunities by identifying prospective centre leads, engaging with them to understand their needs, and demonstrating how Pearson's solutions can meet those needs. My daily activities include communicating with centres via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, addressing any issues they may have, staying updated on Pearson's latest products and industry trends, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. I collaborate closely with other teams within Pearson to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting training providers ensuring that I balance the needs of existing centres with the pursuit of new leads.
