I work as a Junior Management Consultant on the NHS DToS project. My role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing documentation, supporting project delivery, and ensuring milestones are met. I use tools like Jira and Confluence daily and adapt to different roles to meet client needs and project objectives.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as it gives me the opportunity to gain practical experience while developing a wide range of skills. I like the variety of work, the chance to take on responsibility, and the ability to learn from experienced colleagues across different areas of consulting and project delivery.
