as an accounting apprentice you have rotation where you move through team doing all of the different processes and get at least a intermediate understanding of all different roles often learning all the bau task/daily first then going into more depth like investigation of TB differences or old interest that has not been posted

until now very good my company at the moment is now doing internal changes so not too sure how that will affect me but otherwise very good
How much support do you receive from your employer?

pretty much everything I have asked so far has been yes have not had any push back on anything and they are all willing to help out whenever asked
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

again almost as much as you want i haven't needed any yet so i cant say too much on them but i know they offer 1 to 1 tutoring for student if asked
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

although the concepts are there as everything is so streamlined the qualification does not encompass what i do. as the training i receive from my employer makes a much bigger difference as the processes is more important in most cases but understanding wise it has helped massively

Why?
not only do they have a very healthy work culture, the amount of event social or otherwise are immense they have various support systems to help new employees and they have brilliant office spaces.
furthermore i have worked in 3 different team i have not had a negative experience in one

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLL?
they look for personality traits more than qualifications i think so be friendly and open
