Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Initially I will be assisting in all areas of insolvency - business reviews, liquidations, both members' voluntary and creditors', bankruptcies and individual voluntary arrangements. I will assist in the drafting of statements of affairs and help with dealing with the organisation of creditors' meetings. I will assist with the management and control of client monies from insolvencies and ensure the proper recording of transactions
