Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis I will conduct HIG chats or i will present Performance Reviews to employees, I will follow up on any e learning that needs to be completed by staff and see if they need any help or support. When needed I will also conduct Welcome meetings and help settle in new starters.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying learning new things and gaining knowledge of information on things that I dont know yet. I enjoy learning and developing myself so that I can pass on my knowledge to other employees and help them in the future.

Why?

McDonalds is a very popular place to be and to work, the hours are flexible, there is a great team. The staff are supported by managers and others in the business. We are very diverse and will get all employees involved where we can.
