I am a shift leader, each day consists of leading the team to provide gold standard food for the customers and ensuring that all food safety and other health and safety measures are completed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy learning different aspects of the programme, i am really loving learning new skills and putting them into practice during my shifts
