as a Talent Acquisition Partner at TUI Musement, i focus on identifying and attracting top talent to support the company's dynamic travel and leisure services. i collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, i play a key role in enhancing TUI Musement's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it is a lot of information to take on board, but the steady learning and new connections being made inside the business due to the tasks set have opened new doors and ideas within my own role

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The idea of monthly calls are ideal in regards to blocking off time, however 4 hours can be long for retaining information. I find i reflect back on the PowerPoint slides regularly to assist me with answering tasks

How much support do you receive from your employer?

my employee is great in regards to support, however working in an international team they could do with a deeper understanding / start up call to get an idea of whats needed term by term
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i believe the support is there when i ask , however starting the apprentice is overwhelming with a lot of information to take on board. A deeper understanding of term by term, how it all links would be beneficial
