Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Operational management of digital learning platforms, overseeing development teams and continuous improvement pipeline, customer support, platform analytics
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
The trainer is very engaged and personable, makes the topics within the workshop relatable to each apprentices' work. Delivery of other programme elements is not as good as it could be.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Financial forecasting, project management methods, root cause analysis methods, coaching and mentoring skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Quite well - learning platform is easy to follow but does not accurately reflect learning plan / outcomes for apprenticeship curriculum.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
The Early Careers Team are always on hand if you have any issues with your Training Provider/training programme, we have apprenticeship ambassadors to support, Early Careers Team attend gateway meeting and provide support with mocks and EPA prep, networking events and NAW activities, corporate member of Association of Apprentices
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
Regular catch ups, but always very rushed and can be inflexible. A lot of missed opportunities for professional / personal development bc the meetings are strict and leave almost no time for asking questions about assignments or coaching the apprentice through real-life application of learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Lots of learning through e-learning and workshops that can be applied to my daily role - project management, people management, root cause analysis etc.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes, celebration and awards events, company encourages use of volunteering days to get involved in supporting career fairs and school engagement work, sports socials and regular catch ups.
