Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my apprenticeship we rotate around teams every 9 months and in the role I am in at the minute I work on looking at research projects and monitoring these. I raise invoices for projects and grants.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme and I like that it rotates every 9 month instead on being in 1 job you get to see a lot of different roles and pick the good and bad from each.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

There is a lot of new skills I Have learnt whether these are doing the job such as my IT skills or my communication skills.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have mentors that we can speak to whenever we need and we also get regular 1-2-1 meetings.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I do receive support and teaching but I think there should be more resources available.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are certain things that I have learned through my qualification that help me or give me little hints when I am stuck at work but the majority of it doesn't link with the work I do.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yeah there are plenty of activities to do and these all get posted on a teams page.
