Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role mainly involves looking after the CRM Systems at the University. I work with a few different CRM systems to contact applicants and leads via emails and chatbots as well as creating forms and landing pages to create more leads. Currently I am working on a project to replace a legacy system with Microsoft Dyanamics.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it quite a lot.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes i have learned a lot more about managing projects in a more formal way, such as analysing risks, predicting timelines more reliably, and the importance of getting feedback.

It is fairly well organised. I have a monthly in person session and am offered a lot of support by the provider.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a good amount of support from my employer in terms of being able to work on projects and the amount of study time I'm given.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am given a large amount of support. My trainer responds quickly to any questions,

As i am working on a large project at the moment it has helped a lot in understanding and applying what needs to be done.
