There were two main roles, the Corporate Analyst Development Program in which you spend your summer working with our industry experts to improve processes and identify opportunities that support our global businesses. You'll make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment. The Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program in which you Deepen your understanding of the firm, while learning how we operate, generate revenue and manage expenses when you join our global finance and business management team. You’ll support specific lines of business or our corporate function, working on projects that directly affect the firm’s bottom line alongside our top-tier professionals.

Workshop on how to improve your personal brand and present yourself, You'll develop your professional skills and business acumen as you make valuable connections with leaders at the firm as well as with other program participants. Lots of opportunities to network and speak to leaders, other interns, summer interns, apprentices and people in the business you would not normally expect to talk to. Also learnt how to talk and interact in a professional environment.

loved this insight and cannot recommend it enough. The activities were incredible, amazing merch that I still use, all expenses covered. It exceeded my expectations a lot. I would go back, the only thing to consider would be salary for me personally but as a company, they compensate you well for your time and are incredibly supportive of your work. All the staff we talked to were very friendly and honest about their work and seem very happy.
