To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme very much because I can apply what I learn directly to my day-to-day job and tasks. Being able to put theory into practice not only makes the content more meaningful, but also helps me reinforce and settle my knowledge through real-world experience.

Learning new skills at Pearson is a constant benefit. Through my apprenticeship, I’ve gained problem-solving and data analysis skills, and experience managing projects from planning to delivery. I’m developing a structured approach to continuous improvement, learning to lead change initiatives, and effectively engage with stakeholders across the business.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I can't speak more highly of my employer. They provide me with the time I need to study and ensure I have the support necessary to progress within the program. My line manager closely follows my development, answers any questions or doubts I have, and offers valuable feedback on my work. They also give me the freedom to start new projects, evaluate their implementation, and share their time and expertise, which has been incredibly beneficial for my growth.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support I receive from my training provider is fair and consistent. They are aware of different learning styles and always ensure that the masterclasses are clear and understandable. Additionally, they regularly offer support and flexibility if there is a need to adapt to any special circumstances, which helps me stay on track with my qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that my qualification has significantly enhanced my ability to perform better in my role. I now have the proper tools and frameworks to implement improvements effectively and carry out tasks in a more methodical and structured way, ensuring better outcomes and efficiency in my work.
