It could have been better. the mentor from firebrand tried to make it significantly easier by being organised with supporting documents which i appreciated.

my in work mentor was very supported and adapted to my learning needs. My manager did alot for me and was very accommodating,

int he beginning it felt like they were very hands off. i think most of us would have failed under any other mentors tutelage.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Only 50% of what u learnt is applicable. due to working in a financial institution and working with specialist or legacy programmes, software and methods of work
