To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The programme and exposure I had to interact and learn from other parts of the business with senior leaders and mentors has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. This opportunity has provided me with key insights that allows me to understand the key drivers across the business and help in mitigating business risks in my day to day role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed my strategic thinking to analyse markets, evaluate business challenges and create long term strategies for competitive advantage. I have also learnt more about my leadership style, team dynamics, decision making, motivation and conflict resolution. I have also developed my use of data to to provide insights and drive forward decision making at pace

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme was extremely well organised and the support I received from being able to take study days, move deadlines to meet conflicting business/family and study pressures and develop and test my new skills in a business environment have been exemplary. The constant support from the HR team in making sure I had the space and time to study has been fantastic.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
As detailed above, I have been allowed to take time away from my desk to study, I have been provided with mentors and learning opportunities across the business to put into practice the academic theory I have been learning and my employer has supported my learning journey completely to set me up to succeed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have received continuous support from my training provider and employer. from having the time to study, the development opportunities to learn from business leaders and senior manages, the projects I have been involve in to test my learning and further develop my skills and use these new skills in achieving a new role within the organisation.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I think the qualification provided me with key learning points, I know some of the theory but the way I had approached it previously was unstructured and not tied to any business requirements. By blending the academic theory with real life exposure to business problems I was able to put greater structure and be more effective in what I wanted to achieve
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, we have employee resource groups that cover a large spectrum of networking opportunities, we are corporate members of the association of apprentices that provides and each office location has a social committee that provides social activities for employees such as quiz nights and football/sports teams. We can also volunteer our time int the local community .
