To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has helped to push me out of my comfort zone, explore more areas of the business and be more proactive in my day, for example updating my CRM to ensure accurate pipelines and increase in sales. I've also seen an improvement in my confidence and have more faith in myself to make the right decisions, have confidence in answering customers questions and have knowledge on our products and solutions which can be confidently explained to customers and internally.

It is clear what I need to be doing, and the lecturers are there when help is needed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I couldn't have asked for any more support, if I needed extra time to work on my assignments during working hours then I know they would allow this, they offer support at every step, for example our bid writer has helped check over my assignment to ensure I can improve on my grades and do my best.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Middlesex University have a lot of resources for us to use and if I needed help directly from Consalia I know they would be ready to support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Learning all the new tools and theories has helped me to strengthen my skills in the workplace, I have used the new tools learnt and introduced them into my day job and seen noticeable improvements. My degree has also given me a lot more confidence in my decisions and I have more faith in myself to make judgmental calls/decisions in hard situations.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
