Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role as a technical trainer to created standard operator procedures for production and then sign operators off to be able to run the machines which includes an assessment, also to deliver mandatory training courses and new starter inductions
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed it but sometimes feel as my day job is busy that it has been time consuming and had to learnt o manage my time a lot more with the other commitments i have

I have developed new skills on how to be more adaptable when deliver training to a different range of learners and to be able to plan the sessions better to be more successful

I do feel like it isn't the correct course for the role i am doing, as it is aimed at been a teacher to younger children which i do not do in my role but i have took some learnings way i could use in my role
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager as been brilliant allowed me to work from home once a week when needed and has sat in most of my reviews and been a massive support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my tutor has also been amazing and has guided me all way through and makes the effort to come to site for every review and nothing is too much trouble for her
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I dont really think it will impact my role and i wont be gaining anything from it once i pass in my current role

Yes we do 2 events a year to celebrate out hard work
