Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

We give mortgage advice to customers for the most suited recommendations. This usually involves a call with the customer which can be around 1hr and then completing a fact find detailing the conversation and why that recommendation is best.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy the programme it has helped hone particular skills needed for our calls.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

we have had lots of training courses, such as being a trusted advisor and learning sales skills. These have been helpful as they look at all factors that can help such as psychological and behavioral techniques. The coaches who have delivered this have been excellent. One in particular has been so helpful and knowledgeable.

I feel there is a good structure there. I know who my contact is and can reach them when I need to.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The coventry are very supportive and I can always reach out to my manager for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My main contact and he is always approachable and I get a lot of support from him as well.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I do have the qualification already but the courses for developing the skills around advice have been beneficial.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes lots, the Coventry has multiple communites and groups and put on lots of wellbeing sessions. They arrange sports and lots of networking events.
