I write and read reports using the knowledge from when I went on-site and inspected them. I work with the team to do projects for clients.

I have learnt many skills including understanding leases, writing reports, creating marketing particulars and more basic skills like my maths and English skills have improved.

The programme is well structered and there is a dedicated team to ensure it stays that way.

I receive masses of support from my employer, they make sure i have what i need to succeed in the role and with my degree.
