I am completing the project manager apprenticeship. This includes one session per month which covers a wide range of theories that I put into practice in my daily role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much so.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed skills in scoping a project (e.g. MOSCOW, PESTLE), creating the tasks (e.g. work breakdown structure), and managing risks (e.g. risk registers). This has helped me to develop my awareness and will help my future career.

Very well organised and structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support from employer, they give me the time to complete and provide support where appropriate.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support in terms of time particularly. Also available to provide 360 feedback and contribute to progress review sessions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very much so, I need to focus on certain components as there is so much that we cover on the course, but there is a lot that I will find useful without a doubt.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes absolutely, lectures, performances, networking.
