Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Key responsibilities:
• Successful coordination of multiple development programmes simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, and consistently meeting SLAs with 100% accuracy;
• Overseeing departmental training budget of Enabling Functions, reporting on tracked expenditure, variances and improvement recommendations to senior management and business partners;
• Creating and maintaining detailed programme documentation, including timelines, budget forecasts and attendance records;
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders to guarantee accurate and prompt payments to education providers, streamlining the process for employees under Learning Agreements;
• Leading monthly stakeholder meetings to address workload, resolve issues and enhance process efficiency.
