The support I receive from my employer is greatly appreciated. If I need help with anything within work or at college the company is willing to help and always on my side this make the training very very interesting. We have a dedicated team to help us through our Engineering Technology programme and they have a good connection with other companies outside the business for jobs and buying tools and equipment for the employees.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have how to terminate and install the traffic lights at the depot but I haven't gone on site to use this skills yet and I'm hoping soon I will be doing this on site.
