I work as part of an education team at Newcastle University, contributing to the student experience and aiding with the education processes and student lifecycle.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is good and enjoyable, however not all knowledge is applicable to the job.

Very well, and clearly explained.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive regular check in's and 1-2-1's for professional support, multiple training opportunities and mentoring schemes. In addition, there is good mental health support available.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive monthly meetings (1-2-1), and a monthly training day where we are taught as a cohort. I can also reach out for further support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it has helped, especially in the behaviours and skills.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
