Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
A usual day within my apprenticeship changes depending on which part of the rotation we are on as we access 4 departments however some tasks such as booking in receiving and making movements of exhibits remain the same.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
there is opportunity to take part in different activities however the day to day tasks can become mundane and repetitive.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
i have been able to develop new and existing skills such as empathy, leadership, accountability and mainly time management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
originally i feel that the apprenticeship lacked sufficient structure and planning between different departments. however it has slightly improved over the yer however it is still evident that there is not a clear plan in place.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
i feel this is the main strength of the program as the management team and other staff are always willing to offer support and help through the whole apprenticeship no matter the department.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
i would say the help is always available however i am aware that 1 tutor has a lot of responsibility over a lot of students therefore, response time does lack.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
i think that there is some areas where qualification impact u a lot however spending 50% of the time outside of a lab means 5/10 is max score
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
some sport team stuff.
