It varies depending on the projects you are on.
I consistently attend site walkarounds and meetings.
As a PM you have to write up minutes, note take, update trackers and much more.
Excel and word will be used on a daily basis whether its drafting a letter or updating an invoice.

I have learnt a lot just by shadowing colleagues and listening in on key meetings. Personal skills are developed like communication and active listening.

The university provides a lot of support and guidance however this is done online. There is always someone to speak to and you can set up 1-1 meetings to help you.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It provides background knowledge and transferable skills. The studying is towards a degree in construction management where as the job role is project management, so sometimes it may feel a little unrelated.

There is social events that occur after work and plenty of stuff to get involved with.
