Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Providing data analysis insights, building reporting and data capture tools.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
1/5
I have not enjoyed most of the programme, mainly due to structure and learning material. Far too much is crammed into far too little time, and the material swings between absolute beginner to expert level and back again constantly.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
I've leanrned some new skills from the apprenticeship relating to building data models and some statistical analysis skills. My employer does provide encour\gement and time for me to carry out my own learning and explore expanding my own skills myself beyond what the apprenticeship provides.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
In some aspects it's well organised. The learner portal and tracking platform is good, however depsite being told it would require 20% of our time, this has proven untrue, as even after spending an entire week in a live session (100% of our time) we go back to still being expected to complete a 21 hour task (+/- 3 days) over the next 3 weeks. Meaning that over a 4 week period they've required over 35% of our time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer has provided me ample time (much more than they were expecting to have to provide). I'm not sure what other support they should be providing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Outside of the preplanned sessions and material, I've only recieved minor support when I have complained that the activies I'm required to complete are extremely vague and that I don't understand what I should be doing to complete them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I feel that it has provided me with some background knowledge and that I've gotten a few new techniques from the apprenticeship that have sped up or improved some of the work I do, but that mostly it's covered areas that aren't really relevant to my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
I'm sure there are.
