Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in The Control Tower department which involves working alongside the patrols to ensure the service on the road is delivered to the best. We manage deployment and carry out patrols quiores to ensure the correct and best service is provided o customers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my course as it enables me to have a deeper understanding of the customers journey and is enabling me to see the customers perspective and at times understand how to cater for them by changing my apporach.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. I have improved my customer service skills inclduing dealing with conflict and working as a team to deliver the best outcome.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised as my coach has monthly meetings where we can catch up on my work and have discussions which allows me to reflect on my work and teaches me new things.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive enough support with enough materials and also a mentor to guide me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support with the materials provided and the monthly sessions with my mentor. I am able to discuss areas where i need further explain and areas I'm unsure about, I am in depth explained.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it has helped me quite well as i am able to tailor my approach to the situation and aim to build a rapport with the customer. I now look at the situation from the customers perspective too and aim to do the best to get the best outcome.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are other courses that can be taken such as leadership courses and more.
