The programme was very well structured, we had an outline off all key activity for each month over a 20 month period and this helped understand the requirements and time commitments.

My Line Manager was extremely supportive of the programme, gave feedback on changes observed and new skills acquired and provided a Line Manager testimonial for my assessment.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support was received in on line tutorials, links to supporting information and wider reading and a tutor who was available to answer any queries.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
