Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves, sitting in on meetings - taking in information, writing an array of documents, liaising with client and subcontractors, relaying information to my site team, procuring materials for construction.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy the programme, it is a lot to do at once and a lot to take in, however the material and work i'm carrying out i enjoy.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills, in procuring, specific materials, tools and processes, but as well as this, i have developed skills such as communication, speaking in front of people, and writing/grammar.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is pretty structured, i have in college days once a week, then i am given a day in work time to do college work, and then i have regular meetings with a college accessor to manage progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I do receive support from my employer they give me time to do this work whenever i need it, its hard to manage all of this at once so this is needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive quite a bit, they regularly respond to emails, always open to chat, and i have meetings with my accessor.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I do and i don't, it is useful to do and have the qualification, however some of the material i have learnt, i havent utilised once on my course
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yeah, we have something called early careers, which is regular teams calls where only apprentices and graduates learn about our behaviours to prepare us for work life, then 2 times we go to the lake district for a team building exercise retreat
