5/5
I have regular meetings with my managers, and the wider team, support is readily available upon request, and is offered a lot of the time.

4/5
I receive a lot of support, my manager will always be helpful when I have questions, and can often help to alleviate some workload, for me to focus on the qualifications aspect of the apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I have sometimes struggled to link my university experience to the day to day job. This is mainly due to me doing the work and gaining useful experience before it is covered in the university lectures.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Multiple. On the A57 project, we have around one social activity that links with helping the local community per month, whether it be gardening in a care home, or hosting meet and greet events. There is also the corporate games.
