Supportive staff facilitating a positive learning environment. Grads are provided with valuable exposure to a range of different industries and corporate structures (varying from international corporate groups to owner managed companies covering a multitude of sectors). The programme will take you through a wide variety of audit testing, enabling learners to gain a deep understanding of all areas of the financial statements. As you progress throughout the qualification, there are opportunities to take responsibility and lead projects, developing the ability to perform within a management capacity.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PKF Smith Cooper?
Try to push the limits for your personal development by engaging in team discussions and asking for varied or more technical testing areas. There are plenty of opportunities to discuss technical aspects with senior team members, developing a deep understanding of concepts and theories alongisde practical references.
