Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is very varied. On a day to day basis it involves understanding what is going on in our area and other areas of the business and sharing that knowledge by creating a monthly newsletter. It also involves lots of coordination with other colleagues in the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my programme. I enjoy it very much and I feel it has been the perfect ft for me so far.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have developed lots of skills such as effective communication, leadership, prioritisation. I have also learnt lots of new skills, especially around using technology effectively and new applications.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme has been very well structured so far. Going forward the structureseems a bit more uncertain but so far it has been very well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots. My employers could not have been more supportive of my experience within the role as well as to prior commitments outside of the role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots. When working towards qualifications the training provider is always available to provide help and support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has definitely taught me lots that will help me perform better in my role. It is just sometimes diffiult to align the learning to what I am working on at that moment in time.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are lots of communities you can get involved in at work. However they are mostly (all) online.
