The role is designed to bridge a gap between healthcare assistants and registered nurses. This position focuses on providing high quality care and support patients while working under the supervision of registered nurses. Key responsibilities include; Patient care, monitoring health, Assisting with procedures, documenting, medication support, emotional support and collaboration among others.
