The structure has been thought through in the best way for someone who is also working by putting blocks of learning together through 'hot weeks' and then with bi weekly catch up sessions.

I have been given all the time that is required to work on my apprenticeship and the time to work at home where I can turn off from work problems.

I have a skills coach who is always available and there are meetings every 6 weeks to discuss my development and if so where I need more support

I was very new to managing when I first started so learning about all the management area's that are needed within my role and being able to put them into practice has been a great help
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many metal health activities, one being a walk and talk where when the weather is no raining people are able to walk around the local area together and talk about anything.
