To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was excellent, I really enjoyed it. The learning was fun and interactive. It was relevant to my role. The teaching was excellent and the support from ARU was great.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many skills through my programme. I learnt advanced analytical tools such as multiple regression. I learnt about leaderships and forming a team. I learnt about techniques for improvement, such as Gauge R&R and Designed Experiments.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Really well structured. Split into ~10 study blocks each with a distinct focus enabling you to really understand the content and its applications.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The support I have received has been outstanding. I had an internal mentor who guided and supported me throughout the programme. My line manager supported in ensuring I had the scope to implement what I had learnt and the time to dedicate to my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

ARU held regular check ins throughout and guided me through the end point assessment process. There support in preparing me to submit academic papers was invaluable.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A huge amount - it has given me a breadth of skills to use to enable me to suceed.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
