Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I lead a team of 25 research software engineers. The team provides software engineering expertise to researchers across my institution. I am involved in setting policy in this area, managing a budget, and planning resource allocation to match staff with projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love it, the people in the cohort are varied and interesting and the lecturers are very engaging and open to challenge and discussion.

I have learned to be reflexive and considering all angles of any situation that arises.

Very well organised, all the information is in a central place, and there are frequent reminders with links to key information between sessions.
