Caring for children such as changing nappies, tracking development, supporting and spotting SEND, and helping parents with supporting their child’s development at home.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy being supported by my development coach as she sends me things in email form when I struggle to see selected tasks on onefile.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Understanding how to manage safeguarding concerns & how to escalate them to the correct people. And who the correct companies are for that & what they do.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have had a few different assessors which has thrown me off, however, every assessor I have had have been able to accommodate to my dyslexic needs.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

She is always happy to answer questions and give me tips.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Always able to email or call them when I need too, and they schedule meetings with me every month to ensure my progress is on track.
