Room senior overseeing the running of the room maintaining health and safety and supporting staff within their role . Building positive relationships with parents and carers and looking after the children’s everyday needs . Support the children in their development.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I now enjoy the programme but have had issues previously .

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a range of new skills including safeguarding policies and procedures . How to support a child with additional needs . How to manage time productively along with many other various skills required that enables me to do a good job . Actively learning everyday .
