I’ve learned so much about children’s development, the theories behind the way in which we support their learning and vital information on the importance of positive relationships with in early years

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was very well structured and during some issues I had during the course we were able to adapt it significantly between typing and speaking with the help of my fantastic coach
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been incredibly supportive creating opportunities for me to learn new skills in different rooms and always making time for my questions
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training coach has been the biggest support! [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has massively taken into account my personal experiences I’ve had going on and made sure I stayed on top of my work by being extremely supportive
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The knowledge I’ve gained through training and essay writing has helped me support children and parents in a much more advanced way. The training within my on the job role is a great way to learn as well as fun, creating a real love for the job

Why?
I have been supported thoroughly and encouraged to better myself. During difficult times the company has so many available apps to help and support and my management always made time to listen
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Busy Bees Childcare?
It can feel a lot of work trying to work full time and keep up with the essays, however the people you work with will always feel happy to teach you so whatever your essays are about being those questions into work so you can learn in the moment
