To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It helped me gain the knowledge and skills for future career choices, I didn’t know what I wanted to do, but later on being confident in what I do gave me a sense of hope that I did it before so I can do it again!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship program was great, all assessors that took part in my journey were all so helpful, however i do believe there could be some areas that could be focused and worked on to help other learners
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was a big factor on helping me throughout my apprenticeship, she was also the reason to why I am confident in what I do, she has also encouraged me to go ahead and strive further! I’d now like to use my level 3 to get into university to hopefully become a teacher soon
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My assessors were helpful throughout, any enquiries I had they were very quick to respond, the feedback given to me has also left a positive impact
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am quite knowledgeable in the different units I have learnt and am able to implement this in my day to day practise
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I do believe there are some networking events if wanting to attend, this will be spoken out and managed with local area directors and manager
