Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Royal Mail Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend Royal Mail to a friend. It's a good employer that offers solid benefits and secure employment. The pay is competitive, and the sick pay provision is good. Furthermore, there are generally plenty of job opportunities available within the organisation.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Royal Mail Group?
My advice to those applying to Royal Mail would be to be aware that it's a long-established organisation with its own specific ways of working, including a strong history of working with unions. This might feel different if you're coming from a company with different practices. However, once you understand and adapt to the Royal Mail's culture and processes, it can prove to be a stable and rewarding career. Be open-minded and be willing to learn their established systems.
