Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
1/5
I ment to be developing skills toward becoming Advanced Engineering Technician but unfortunately all work based experience is lacking any type of structure. I do things that I want develop myslef in without realy any direction from managment. The whole path is very unclear and unspecified. I am not sure what is expected of me and what are the milestones I should achieve in the workplace.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The college experience is absolutely amazing. With their help I am developing new skills with ease and always can count on support of my tutors.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I definitely learned plany of new skills and managed to develop certain one that I already had.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
From college provider is great but Royal Mail as company have a very long way into developing some structure and organised it better on their side.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
1/5
I wouldn't say the experience is being great. Feels like a lot of support I got was very much fighted for and didn't come naturally. I still can't get a complete set of tools while training to be engineer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My provider have been amazing. The level of support I recieve from them is absolutely great. They are always very helpful and go above and beyond to help me be sucessfull in my journey as well as after it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It is absolutely crucial and it allows me to navigate absolutely shocking lack of development strategy in my workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
yes. we have a lot of different activities that we can participate in.
