My apprenticeship programme is well structured and provides a good balance between practical work experience and academic learning. The on-the-job training is somewhat aligned with what I’m studying, which helps reinforce my understanding. I have regular progress reviews with my employer and training provider, which helps track development and set goals. While most of the programme runs smoothly, occasional scheduling challenges between work and study commitments can arise. Overall, it's a well-organised pathway that supports both professional and personal growth.
