Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am the senior leader in a large Royal Mail delivery office. I lead five managers to manage 194 staff. I have overall control of safety, people, finance, fleet and customer operations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme very much. Despite finding it very challenging.

Very well. The course content is easy to use and my PDE is amazing.

Very little. My local leaders provide support where they can but the organisation has not reached out throughout the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Loads. My PDE is fantastic.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have been encouraged, by my PDE to use the skills and academic theories within my day to day role. This has proven successful with my team.
