> To Ensure there is a robust Hygiene Management system and Pest control Management system in place to ensure the site meets expected standards of Hygiene.
> Drive adherence to the systems and work to continuously improve standards of cleanliness and pest control on site.
> Manage the day to day work of the Hygiene Department and manage skills development and PDR.
> Manages all site Hygiene and Technical contracts including laundry, pest control and cleaning chemical contracts.
> Promotes excellent communications between departments, sites, customers and suppliers.
> Promote a positive food safety culture on site.
