Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Gaining experience across a number of different sectors within the real estate industry. I am currently sat in commercial valuation where I gain exposure to both the industrial and office sectors in the regions, more specifically the north west.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have a brilliant time on my program and learn an abundant of skills, getting exposure in varying sectors.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a number of skills such as valuation, negotiations, managing client relationships and IT skills especially on excel.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised to some extent, however, decisions and commutation between graduates and higher powers could improve.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a vast amount of support from my team and always have someone available to communicate with if needs be.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive adequate support from UCEM, however they are not as considerate to the fact you are also working a full time job which requires a lot of attention.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps broader my industry knowledge and expertise, however there are minimal skills learnt which can be applied to negotiation and communication skills.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of extra-curricular activities that are available for graduates such as committees in the office and different client panels and event you can attend.
